Britton Cauthen, who was an inspiration to all who knew him, lost his battle against pancreatic cancer Tuesday evening. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Williams Funeral Home.

My deepest sympathy goes out to the Cauthen family our prayers are with you now and in the future. God bless you all. Britton will be remembered fondly by the many people whose lives he touched.

I was fortunate enough to grow up with Britton. We had a lot of fun times in Boy Scouts and the Order of the Arrow. He will be missed. My prayers are with his girls and his family. He was taken way too soon.

Britton was a fine young man. We remember him through all the youth activities and as he grew into manhood. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of the Cauthen family.

My deepest sympathy to such a wonderful family. I had the privilage last year to teach Rebecca and got to know her parents. Britton will be missed deeply by this community. May God be with the family in this most difficult time.

I am praying for the Cauthen family....I know it has been a long and hard battle...God said no more suffering my child and has taken the pain away..I know that because he will not be here in the physical body...he is here in spirit to watch, guide, and protect his loved ones...he faught a good fight...God bless

Bless his mother who was with him at birth and death. Thanks to her love and care Britton was able to die peacefully at home surrounded by his family and friends. Cancer is the ugliest word in the English language but it gives the victim the opportunity to say goodbye.

Two years ago, I had the pleasure to teach Becca. She is one of the most beautiful girls I have ever met both inside and out. She is so loving, and she loved her daddy more than anything! I am praying for the Cauthen family. God will get you through this! Becca and Madison are lucky to have such great grandparents. God bless! Britton was an inspiration and I will miss seeing him at Relay this weekend.

For I am already being poured out like a drink offering, and the time has come for my departure. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on this day. Britton you will be missed.Rest in peace...we will see you one day in the kingdom of heaven...

Britton has met Jesus and no more sufferings. He was an inspiration to us all and he will be missed. Praying for Mr. and Mrs. Cauthen and his beautiful girls and brothers and family.
