Griffin circuit district attorney Scott Ballard and chief public defender Joseph Saia confirmed Friday an inappropriate relationship involving former judge Paschal L. English Jr. and public defender Kimberly Cornwell.

Just because it's immoral, it doesn't mean its illegal. They both lost their careers and probably their marriages. What more do you want? If you want to see someone worthy of your hateful ill-wishing, start by looking in the mirror.

My only question, is why was the Public Defender put on leave without pay and the Judge obviously was not? Shouldnt the Judge experience the same punishment? Personally I dont care if he was on a TV show, he still has the same responsiblities as the rest of us.

No noteworthy crime was committed at the time, so the "evidence" was not required to be retained. I'm sure statute of limitations will play into this as well.

I would have liked to have seen the video though, Kim is a hottie!

Um, its illegal for them to paticipate in a court case together,sooooooooooooo... maybe the cases that were tried by them are in jepardy, I know if my client was found guilty under thease circumstances I would be petitioning to have the case thrown out, ya know.

Having sex in public is very illegal. What if one of your children had walked up on this going on , I bet you would be at home now looking in your mirror !
