Get a statement from Larry Waller and what he thinks about the evidence. Is there a suspect that had motive? Is there enough evidence for a trial?

WOW! I just finished reading this week's Barnesville paper and hats off once again to Walter, Laura and Staff. Today's article definitely proves to the public that there most definitley is a CASE, even though, the DA and others do not feel there is any or enough evidence to make a presentment to the grand jury. Despite the DA's remarks that entymology is a "theory" this article definitely refutes the DA's statement that entymology is a "theory" and not a science. Cearly it is a science and many experts in this field gave their expert opinions of the evidence and validate that Donna was dead much longer than was reported. This article shows there is EVIDENCE, A suspect, a CASE and a CRIME and there was a BODY. Now you tell us, how is this "circumstantial" and a "theory" and why has this not been presented to a grand jury? That is the question! It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that she was dead much longer than prviously reported. Obviously, there have been many that have failed in this case and it does absolutely no good to name who they are. What is important is that there are people in place now that are NOT doing what needs to be done and continue to fail Donna and her family each day they are in office.

It's easy for a man to get away with stalking and harassing people, killing pets, or even murdering a wife around here. All you got to do is sniff the right holsters, fool enough people, and have enough people who know how you really are be scared of you.

If the 3rd wife is so sure he didnt have anything to do with the murder then why not take a polygraph and clear any doubt about his guilt. I know if i didnt have anything to do with it i would be begging to take the test. If i remember correctly Buice said he was very reluctant to take the test and it indicated deception.

I say bring in a few Psychics, I mean even if you dont believe in that kind of thing what can it hurt, thats how the bragg case got solved in Thomaston,Ga, they even did an episode on Psychic Investigators on the cable channel, A & E.
I believe the man that solved that was Phil Jordan, Many people were skeptical, but the muder was solved, and the psychic gace them info that led to the arrest and conviction of the murderer, Im just throwing that idea out there..IT CANT HURT ANYTHING TO TRY, GOD REST HER SOUL! and may her murder/ers be caught

every one needs to stop trying to be funny .think of this faimly who needs your prayers.and pray that some one that knows something about this case will come fordward.how can they even go to bed at nite knowing this.I pray for this family .god loves you and i think he will give you peace of mind.

Uh----that'd be yes. She was interviewed several times. You people do not know what this case has involved. What she had to say is not for the general public to know. We must respect her privacy. Geez people think for Christ sake.

With a statement like that from Ms. Jan Johnson makes one think that she doesn't want the case solved.
