Dan Boyett, who escaped from the Lamar County jail on Halloween night only to be captured a month later, was giggly in Lamar County superior court Feb. 12 while being arraigned on charges of theft by taking and theft of services.

Giggling in court, when he and his girlfriend have a baby.....
Guess the baby doesn't matter to Goofy the Clown here.
Sad.

I would hope the judge would wipe the smile off his face, with a sentence that may change his attitude.
