All of the statements made by accused killer Jennifer Clark to law enforcement before and after her arrest have been ruled admissible in her trial which is set for January.

Judge Tommy Wilson ruled against the defense motions in an order signed October 19 and filed in Lamar superior court today.

Absolutely! When a sheriff and DA are pals, injustice is not far behind. They have the revolving door on order for the courthouse so the criminals can make expedious exits and return entrances.

Speaking as Donald Clarks daughter and on behalf of the Clark family, We believe Richard Miliam will do everything in his power to help us convit Jenni and are very happy with what he has done so far....As far as people on here thinking that Jenni is hot or vice versa what do her looks have to do with the crime that she comitted I hate to read what people post on here, some of it is encouraging and nice and I love to read about people praying for Justice and for our family and my brothers, but the rest of this trash down talking Miliam complaining about Walter and the pictures he uses and especially Shelia Tolley talking about Miliam and the Judge this is disrepectful and it doesnt have anything to do with the crime or anything else... The Clark Family would like to say thank you to Richard Miliam and to everyone who is working and who has worked on this case we know you will get Justice for my dad!

Amber, with all of my heart, I hope and pray that you are right and that everyone involved in this case with go above and beyond what their jobs require. Please understand that many of the people who have been around here for a long time are basing their opinions of our justice system on history. A history that is full of criminals walking away with nothing more than a slap on the wrist...if that. Knowing how things have worked around here for years makes it really hard to trust the ones in charge. Maybe this case will be the beginning of a 'new era' so to speak. I would love nothing more than to see a complete turn around with criminal prosecutions and crime prevention.

I totally agree with you on this one Amber. Milam can easily do his job this time. It is a slam dunk and he can handle that kind of case. Barney Fife can solve this one. She deserves the death penalty for the brutal murder and hurt she has caused your family. But the worst she will get is LIFE after bringing DEATH.
I am glad Milam works to the satisfaction of you and your family. I have not talked down about the judge, I said he is good looking, and he is.

My place was at the vigil for Donna which included a touching presentation by Brenda Maddox. Brenda is Donald's sister and Helen Ann Morgan's cousin.

Where was Milam's place that evening? Since this vigil took place during Domestic Violence Month, seems like just the place for a competent District Attorney to be. Doesn't it?

Don't put to much faith in the Anonymous 9.3. They are not really complimenting you they are trying to tick me off. But they are not smart enough to accomplish it.

Justice for you and Brenda is the death penalty for Jennifer Clark. Nothing less. If Milam does that, I applaud him, in Donald's case.

It doesnt matter to me if they are complimenting me or ticking you off, I just want to remind everyone who comments on here that the family does read these and this is not a time for joking around or snide comments about the people trying to keep Jenni behind bars. I lost my mom and step-dad at ages 15 and 16 and now I have lost the one person in the world I thought would never die is gone. Most of the people who comment on here don't know my dad or Jenni and they dont know that he left behind my two brothers or that a month prior to his disapperance I had a baby boy and made him a grandpa... They dont know that I recently had another baby who will never know his grandpa or other grandparents... and I just get tired of reading things that say Miliam wont do anything or Jenni looks good, Well her looks dont matter what she did and what she took away from us matters. Miliam has kept us informed every step of the way and has been the very best person and I have every confidence that he will get Jenni exactly what she deserves.

If she gets the death penalty, he done his job. I am sorry for all the pain your family has suffered. If there is a thought of comfort at all for you, at least you know that the murderer is in jail and going to trial. You can never have justice, for that would be having your Daddy back in your life. But at least you can expect a form of closure since the murderer will face a jury. Other families around you have not been offered that important piece of justice. Love and peace to your family.

Remember who was the sheriff when this case was made. If he made this case up like the rest, then Milam will have no choice but to plea it down, or risk her getting off on a technicality.

Sheila, I know that there are other families who havent gotten justice Ann Morgan is part of my family and Donna Johnson was a family friend, However the lack of justice in these cases is not the fault of Richard Miliam he only prosecutes the offenders he does not find them, I am sure you are aware of this fact... The reason there is no justice in these other cases is the fault of law enforcement officials.... 10.3 Thankyou for what you said it means alot and I know that they live on through me and my kids but it's not the same as having them here with me and seeing them hold my children.

The lack of review of Donna's case is TOTALLY the fault of Richard Milam. You have Richard Milam and Sheriff Waller bellowing, "We do not have sufficient evidence." The case investigator, Steve Burge, former sheriff Joe Buice, and The Vidocq Society are stating that there is sufficient evidence. All the public has requested is that Donna's case be brought before a grand jury. Give me your opinion, Amber, if Milam is so confident that he has insufficient evidence, why does he refuse to let the grand jury confirm his opinion? There is no reason except that "he fears there is sufficient evidence." Joe Buice laid the file on his desk in 2005, and it still lies there today. I seriously hope your family gets the justice of the death penalty for this bitch that took your brother's life in such a brutal manner.

Apparently, your knowledge on that issue is pretty limited.

You shouldn't rely so much on what you "heard". There are many reasons why things happen, or don't happen until a certian time, etc.

I know this is morbid entertainment for you, and you like to grandstand about it, so go right ahead and continue with your assumptions, it's not like we expect anything less from you at this point.

Legitimate question that still remains unanswered, if buice had real evidence and a suspect, then why didn't he obtain warrants and arrest someone? Don't need approval from the DA to do that.

Lamar county has always been "a good ole boy" system. If you are in their "click", you might as well forget it. In all my years of living in this county, I have never seen any real justice for the families of victims...Lamar county officials need to wake up and smell the coffee....Give true justice to the victims families by convicting the criminals who have committed crimes against their loved ones

Good possibility that same lack of proof is why it hasn't been presented. That, and no suspect has ever been charged.

Ray Charles is blind, but even he can see that too much went on in the Pike-Lamar circuit and got "forgotten" to quick by the people who should have been doing their job at the time.

It wasn't Larry Waller and it wasn't Richard Milam at the time. It was the set of elected officials that covered it up and shut it up.
Waller and Milam have failed only because they fail in OPENING it up and bringing justice. Buice has already done the work for them. If there is nothing to hide "Throw it all out there in front of a grand jury and show bitches like me how wrong I am." I will buy a full page ad and apologize to Waller and Milam if I am wrong. They are hiding serious evidence as has been shown by The Vidocq Society and the investigators of Lamar County during the Buice regime.

You keep on and on saying that about buice, and yes, he did do some work on the case, but seriously, if buice and his people really and truly had sufficient evidence past speculation, and a suspect, then why didn't Mr. buice, as the sheriff, obtain warrants and arrest someone for it?

Would have been such a great opportunity for him, don't you agree? I'm sure he wouldn't have wanted someone else to take credit for all his work.

Put WHAT before a grand jury? Speculation? Rumor? Circumstantial evidence? Heresay?

I don't recall any law enforcement official from any administration charging a suspect in that case. Thats the job of the Sheriffs or the GBI, whomever had jurisdiction. The D.A would then take what they had and proceed to prosecute the offender.

But no offender was arrested, right?

Very simple =question, that STILL remains unanswered; why didn't buice or his crew arrest someone, since they claim to have had so much evidence?
