Dewaine T. Bell scholarship to be announced

The Barnesville-Lamar County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that the 2009 BBQ & Blues committee will be awarding its 2nd Annual scholarship in memory of the late Mayor Dewaine T. Bell.
