Oh my gosh! This is horrible. I have know Amy forever. We did a pagent together and everything. I can't believe this.... I am praying for her family... If any body knows when the funeral arangements are please let me know... God Bless!!!
I am shocked. I am praying for the family. Amy was a joyful and uplifting person. She always had kind words to say and a smile on her face. She has wings today.
I just am still finding it so hard to believe that she really is gone. Amy we will all miss you dearly and for all those people who had never come in contact with her you missed out on a beautiful, sweet girl. Praying for the family in this hard time.
Beautiful girl, my thoughts and prayers go out to her family. Please everyone, take time to tell the ones close to you that you love them and please wear your seat belts.
I did not have the honor of knowing this young lady but the accident happened around my neighborhood. My thoughts and prayers are with her loved ones at this time.
Amy, could make a bad day a good day with her beautiful smile! i did not know Amy very well but i do know she was a kind and sweet person. i am in shock to hear this, but i do know Amy is walking with the Lord!
RIP Amy!
Amy has been my best friend since we were eight. We were attached at the hip. I feel like something else tragic happened and I'm waiting for her to call me and it's not her that I'm missing. My life will never be the same without her. Thanks so much to everyones thoughts and prayers.
Amy, we all miss you so much. My prayers go out to your family. You will be very missed. Working with you at Bath and Body Works always was a pleasure. I miss you & if anyone knows when the funeral arrangement is please let me know so i can pass it on to our bath&body works family.
"her 2002 Ford Focus left the roadway and overturned. She was not wearing a seatbelt and was partially ejected."
I would venture to guess swerving to miss a deer on a damp road could be the answer but I do not know the answer personally. Single car accidents do happen frequently for various reasons.
excatly where did it happen at on McKnnley Rd??????If it happened in your neighborhood around what addresses did it happen cause me and my cousin are gonna put a cross up????
Thia is a very sad day in alot of people lives losing Amy. But judgeing by the comments that have already been left she has left behind a great legacy and it's a true blessig to know this is how she will be remembered.
Amy was a blessing to be around... she was a great friend to her peers... an intelligent student... and totally driven to be a success in her life. As one of her former teachers, I feel like i've lost one of my own. RIP Amy...
Amy was not only our daughter's best friend... she was like a daughter to us. She was a sweet, fun, happy young girl who still had so much of life ahead of her. This is truely a tragedy for her family and friends. If we know Amy though, she's walking with the Lord now... we miss you Amy!! And we love you... God speed.
This is so sad. I don't think anyone is prepared for death, especially when it happens so suddenly and unexpectedly. She had so much going for her based on what I have read from previous comments. I didn't know her personally, but I know a few people that did & I can just see how hard this hit home for them. To know that someone so close was taken so suddenly and at such a young age. There's a saying that only the good die young, but why should it have to be that way. Praying for strength and understanding for her family and friends. It is often hard to find words to help comfort those when it is the loss of a child. Just know that she is up in heaven looking over y'all and is such a beautiful guardian angel. May she rest in peace...
I am so devasted to hear of Amy's passing. She was such a wonderful person to be around. She was so smart and so sweet, not to mention funny and talented! She was always smiling and laughing. I never heard her say one bad word about anyone, she was always so nice! She was an amazing person, and she will be deeply missed! God takes the prettiest flowers to make his bouquet; and she was the prettiest! RIP AMY, You Will Be Missed More Than You Will Ever Know! Please let us know if there is anything that we can do.
Family and Friends,
I pray that God will give comfort to all of you and strength during this horrible time. Amy and I worked together years ago at Goody's in Griffin. She was as sweet as could be and its hard to believe she is gone.
Weeping endures for a night but joy comes in the morning that is all I can really say about this. Im going to miss Amy so much she was beautiful and will be greatly missed. This has been weighing on my mind allday since I found out about it. You are all in my prayers

Amy was my best friend in school when we were little I just cried and cried last night but people this better make you realize that you better get things right with God dont play games with him anymore because this could be you. Amy was so in love with the lord She wanted everyone to get right. If Amy was here today I think she would tell you that you better get your life straight and that Heaven is beautiful!! I love you Amy you will always be in my heart. You were ready to be picked.
It is obvious that Amy was a wonderful person who affected the lives of many people. It is a real shame she is gone. Please remember her whenever you get into your vehicle and buckle up, so your own family and friends have less of a chance to go through this!
I worked with Amy at Ingles, I never talked to her but she always had a smile on her face and looked like she had alot of plans for the future. She will be missed, my thoughts go out to her family members.
I didn't find out about what happened until today. Amy was my first friend. Our moms were best friends back in the day so we grew up playing together... This makes me real sad. She was an amazing person. Sweet, smart, funny, beautiful, and just an all around great girl. She will be missed.
I worked with her Mom Denise for years, I know Denise was very proud of Amy..she always said good things about her in our conversations. I was around her a few times and she was a sweet and pretty young lady...All these comments are so sweet..Please remember to pray for strength for this family..

"A death is not the extinguishing of a light, but the putting out of the lamp for the dawn has come."
The Lord couldn't let us have her any longer... He couldn't allow something so amazing, so precious to stay here in this ol' world, when He could have her to Himself in His glorious kingdom of heaven. We'll all miss you, Amy, always.
i shop ingles and saw this young lady often.i can never remeber meeting anyone in my life(and i'm in my 50's) who no matter what your mood was that day, brought a smile to your face like she did.this is so,so sad.
I still can't believe this happened me and Amy graduated together. She was such a beautiful and amazing person, very fun to be around, and could make you smile on the worst days RIP Amy my prayers are with the families and friends.
Thank you Crystal, I didn't notice your comment when I sent the thank you to Walter.
A lot of people here knew her if only in passing and I am so glad that now they can put a face with a name. She does have a lot of beautiful pictures on face book.
This was a girl my husband and I went to school with, and I know her little brother, Isaac, well. This is truly tragic. This is the second classmate my husband and I have that has died in a car wreck. Just goes to show, you aren't promised tomorrow and life can be so very short. We are praying for Denise and the rest of her family.

I am still in Afghanistan, or I would certainly be there to offer any help with your grief.
I can't imagine how painful this must be for you.
I'm thinking about you........

Amy Moore was a very beautiful and talented girl. Her life was full of joy and happiness. She was the girl that everyone wanted to be around. She left a good legacy for hundreds to remember her by. Deaths are not a time to feel sad but to remember all the good times we shared. It's a time to let everything go and look at our own lives. If Amy could have told us one more thing before she left. It would probably be a little something like this : Don't let fear stop you! Never give up, even when it's hard. Share your time with others before it's gone. Never stay mad, let it go... And never forget what God has done for you! Be ready! Because God will soon come to get you! Where do you stand?

I would like to send condolences for Terry and Denise for their loss from Troy Fordham,he was so sorry to hear about your sorrow,Troy is presently living out of the country,he wasn't able to be here.
Denise, so sorry to hear about Amy. I haven't seen you in a while and haven't seen Amy since we left Barnesville. If we can do anything for you, please let us know. We are praying.........
At some point in the past Walter had a picture of a lady on a white horse on the front page of the HG. Was this a picture of Amy? It was a beautiful lady and photo.
