I quit smoking over 20 years ago. It is something I thought I would miss, when I quit. However, I havent missed it at all,
I am glad I did it. I see persons smoking now, and I hope they will do what I did. Quit Cold Turkey.
I quit smoking 3 years ago after 2 packs a day for 35 years. I had never tried before and frankly never wanted to. When I started worrying about cancers, emphysema, COPD and other awful diseases, I decided to try to wait as long as I could before I lit the next one. So it's been about 3 years and I never think about them anymore. The physical craving stops after a few days and you learn new habits and just feel better and better. All that blabbing is to say, if you are considering stopping, give it a try. If I can do it, anyone can because I am a big old spoiled baby. I am not good at deprivation. You can do it, too.
I am glad I did it. I see persons smoking now, and I hope they will do what I did. Quit Cold Turkey.
