1 1/4 pound wild salmon, skin removed, cut into 4 pieces
2 tablespoons whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons 100% pure maple syrup
1 clove garlic, minced
Juice of 1/2 a lemon

Better on the grill with a cedar or alder plank
