It's a good idea if you can keep out the politicians and politician want2Bs. You know: The kind that reaps the rewards of anothers hard work without putting any effort in. The kind that allows the provider to keep one tomato while taking a bushel for themselves. The kind that wants a photograph taken with all the workers to give the illusion that they contributed. The kind that is full of enough hot air to float a thousand hot air balloons. The kind that tells you what they want you to hear while actually sticking it to you somewheres else.

Thousands of discriptive terms but you get the message.

How do we get in contact with the people involved with this project?

You can contact English at the housing authority and Moreland at the police department. Don't know about the other two.
