i find it very disturbing to show video of a near fatal accident on the website....looking at a officer lying prone on the highway in serious conditions is not my idea of professinal journalism...its down right disgusting....but get well sweety

I disagree. It gives people an idea of what law enforcement professionals go through to protect the people. Even those people that prefer to keep the dangers hidden by only wanting to paint a utopian picture of their world.

According to the youtube video that had the scanner traffic, Spalding County got there before Lamar. Maybe we need to start asking Spalding County to put out our fires.

No, not Spalding County. In LAMAR COUNTY. 12 or 15 full time paid firefighters with the fire house manned 24 hours a days and 7 days a weeks. Protect you. And Family, Friends and Homes. Lamar County Commissioners Nancy Thrash said Soon.
