Cecil Mark Carter, 43, Thomaston, DUI alcohol, windshield violation and weaving over roadway;
Thomas Cody Jarrell, 20, Milner, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;
Branden Jacob Wright, 21, Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and headlight violation;
Annette Lee Partin, 29, Barnesville, two counts burglary;
Kevin Lee Partin, 28, Augusta, two counts burglary;
Clete Bennett Simmons, 20, Barnesville, theft by taking;
Benjman Matthew Reece, 40, Griffin, child support;
Rosa Maria Hernandez, 47, Griffin, family violence simple battery and cruelty to children;
Richard Tyron Barrett, 49, Barnesville, two counts manufacturing, selling or distributing schedule I or II drugs, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and possession, sale, purchase or manufacture of cocaine;
Willie Albert Gordon, 49, Barnesville, DUI alcohol and speeding;
Nicholas Phinazee Bryan, 19, Milner, possession of alcoholic beverage under age 21;
James Phillip Goggans, 19, Barnesville, possession of alcoholic beverage under age 21;
Cortez Andrecus Clay, 21, Decatur, burglary;
Alan Michael King, 21, Barnesville, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, fleeing and attempting to elude, obstruction of an officer and weaving over roadway;
