When the curtain officially rises on the 7th annual BBQ & Blues Festival Thursday afternoon, visitors and home folk alike will enjoy the culmination of a yearlong effort by a dedicated team of volunteers.

Think im going to buy the BBQ and Blues committee digital watches and Hooked on Phonics books so they can learn to tell time and read at the same time... 6PM is when the little hand points down and big hand points up, as in 6pm is when the parking lot was suppose to be closed(Like the signs say). NOT 2:30,4:30, or even 5, like they do every year. Guess I will take my tax revenue to another city that actaully cares about local shops.

Better park further back off the railroad property people. Your car will be converted to junk if you don't.

I about hit "TJ the Dj" on his golf cart when he pulled out in front of my truck without looking.

Good idea NOONE. Then they can tell when the noise should be turned off. Doesn't the noise ordinance say 10:00 pm? Last year the noise was blaring until well after MIDNIGHT...or later.

Today is Easter Sunday, the BBQ and Blues Festival is over, it looks like it was very successful.
Noticed that Kenny Roberts left the Lights on all around Ritz Park, during the day (Sunday) Guess he is going to take that cost out of his paycheck. Seems wasteful after such a successful weekend.
