It is time for a change at Gordon-change you can really believe in. The thugs are in control now, but maybe that will be different when students who have average intelligence and a modicum of decency represent Gordon College. Barnesville as well as Lamar County can only benefit.

Im looking forward to the fall semester of Gordon. I hope they implement some guidelines and make Gordon a "real" college again. Also, I'm interested in seeing what it does to the community. I'm surely hoping it gets rid of the thugs that have torn this once beautiful community apart.

Get ready to see the enrollment drop by half to start with- then over time it will build up again. There will be a definite visible change as you drive down College Drive next year.

Yeah...no "real" college would have the highest NCLEX pass rate in the state, the highest Georgia Tech transfer success rate in the University System and an elementary education program that passed the rigorous national accreditation process with no recommendations for improvement. Only shoddy, sub-par institutions which embrace diversity and making affordable higher education to all who qualify do those sorts of things.
