The murder cases of Lekievius T. Eleby, Bryce A. Smith and Shamiek Jamilahad Spinks have been continued until after the June term of Superior court.

Eleby thug has some crossed eyes. They will be knocked straight in line though when he's in prison on all fours squealing like a pig lol. Goodbye thugs!

I met the murder victims father at that so called candle light vigil, and he was to comfortable with his kid being dead for me.

I knew Dan on a very personal level. He was like a big brother to me. At the same time i knew Kiev, didn't really care for him at first but i tolerated him. A lot of ya'll are on the outside looking in. To the person that said Dan dad was too cool for his son to be dead. He is a strong man, but i know for a fact it killed him inside. I honestly hope they get what they diserve. It in their best interest that they don't take a plea deal and just serve their sentence because its still a lot of angry people who wants revenge.

I understand a lot of you who are commenting are very ignorant...... First, how dare you talk about how his father was at the candle light.... I was there, his father wasn't ok and he stated that.... And then y'all have the nerve to say that those boys do not deserve to get in trouble ... They broke into Dans house shot him in the face and MURDERED him , and y'all say mistakes happen?? Thats to big to be considered a mistake... I knew Dan and believe me no amount of jail time will ever bring him back... I know this might be wrong but I hope they get what they deserve...DEATH SENTENCE! Yes I know that will not heal the pain for his Parents but is well justified... I have to realize that majority of the people commenting on this are kids, which I can tell from the content of the text... I just have one last question, what if that was your friend, brother or family member, I bet it wouldn't be be taken lightly huh?

Just stop with the racist crap, alright? I am fed up with people excusing criminal behavior and then trying to act like because there is inequality in this country in somehow excuses that criminal behavior. So, do us all and favor and knock it off.

So, killing someone while trying to rob a house full of people is a mistake, eh? What a freakin loser. If you really believe that then when someone tries to rob, kill, rape, or whatever you, your friends or your family, don't you dare call the police. After all, it will just be a mistake...

By the way, you have won the certified idiot of the day award. So, I guess it wasn't a total loss for you.
