The Lamar County 9/10 all star baseball team competed in the state Dixie Youth tournament in Leesburg last week, losing both games they played in the double elimination tourney.
Lamar County 9/10 All Star Mykel Rogers gets ready to take a swing at the plate in the District 3 Dixie Youth tournament in Roberta. Rogers and his teammates finished third in that tournament and qualified for the state tournament where they played last week in Leesburg.
All Stars give it their best shot
