Phillip Foster pleaded guilty to murder and other charges last week in connection with the February, 28, 2009 murder of Bubba Milner at Eagle One Car Wash on I-75 at the Hwy. 36 exit. Milner lived in Lamar County and worked the overnight shift at the truck wash

Sick of Thugs....I totally agree!! Bubba was my first cousin. It's such a shame that his life was taking for a few bucks. The worst part of the whole situation is the idiot that murdered him was just released from prison just prior to him killing Bubba. Now the judge gives him another room, a bed and something to eat. Basically another chance because apparently this guy likes his prison life! This is just our justice system!!

Well dern, it wasn't a death penalty case, what would you expect him to hand down? Seems the judge gave him more than would normally be given.

This man was beat to death with a chunk of lumber for what? A $20 bill?
Was there a trial for this, or just a plea bargain?

Justice would have been for bubba's family to beat him to death with a 2x4. I've got an idea, put all those low lifes to work in the fields in south Georgia picking produce and tell them if you don't work you don't eat.

The Holy Bible says in the old testament that if you take a life you have your life taken, paraphrasing of course, but it is in the Holy Book. We sure should not have to pay the cost of these heathens living long lives on the taxpayers, when a good old hanging on the courthouse grounds would be appropriate as they were before the ACLU came upon the once God-believing nation! May the ACLU get their just reward in Heaven, and I believe Jesus who was a Jew will reward the ACLU for their destruction of this once Bible believing nation, who pretty much are anti-christ Jews, and he said in the Holy Bible that some of the Jews were of the synagouge(sp) of satan, the devil.

I am so sorry for the family of this murdered man, and I pray God Almighty will comfort you, Amen!
