Ingredients:

4 (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick) center-cut pork loin chops (each about 10 to 12 ounces)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
6 tablespoons olive oil
Lemon wedges, for serving

This is good! I fixed it tonight. Really wish I would have had the lemon to squeeze on it. My daughter said "this would be really good with a fresh lemon squeezed on it." She didn't know it was supposed to have it!
