Three men were arrested after a complaint regarding a possible meth lab sent Lamar sheriff’s deputies to a home at 696 Cannafax Road here November 19.

if you are born and recieve the name "kilchriss" then your fate is sealed to be locked up one day. It will be one of those names like "Dick". It will be used negatively to basically show that your ignorance has caused you to be a f-up. Like: " You Kilchriss, why did you do that?" "I cant believe he tried to rob the bank. He is such a Kilchriss!"

If you know so much about this paticular Kilchriss family, then why don't you give everyone a quick run down of all of them that have been in jail for serious charges? Maybe you should give us your list of your charges as well. Maybe you should get to know the members of the family and then come back and talk trash. Remember, don't judge all for the mistakes of a few.

Bull Crap!!!! Go to indeed.com, there are jobs out there for people who want to work. People just don't want to have to work for less than their self perceived value. BUT, even if there were no job prospects at all, there is still no excuse for manufacturing and selling drugs.

I learned at a young age that people who are respected, christian, hard working, and a productive citizen, support and encourage families in times of trouble or tragedy. And people who are low-life, unproductive citizens who obviously are not very christian like tend kick people when times are bad. Obviously, T. Walker you are a low-life, unproductive citizen who likes to kick people when they are down. I would like to tell the family that I am praying for them during this time and hope things work out and their family members involved get the help needed to get their lives back in order.

Sure there are good and bad in all families and all we can do is pray for the best but, you have no idea of what I meant when I said "pay back is He--"

I have only met one Kilchriss in my life. His name is Randall. One of the most handsome, hard working and friendliest men I have ever met in my life. If you are kin to him.........you had a wonderful relative.

We apologize regretfully for the embrarrassment that has embraced our family.The fact is it does break our hearts, destores families.We have been affected in our family in every way .We only hope other families don't have to endure the embarrrassment. Thank you for the kind words that were shared about my husband Randall.I only pray that who ever this walker is that you find peace in your heart I'm sorry for what ever happend to you. NOW ABOUT HIS SISTERS THEY WOULD GIVE YOU THE SHRITS OFF THEIR ON BACKS. They do not do anything hurtful to any anyone who is honest.But don't think you can steal,rob or hurt us we

In the bible it says that we must love one another and forgive people, just as God forgave us all. These men did something wrong but it is not right for anyone, other than God, to judge them!We need to keep in mind that two of these men have children who are affected by all of this mess and have enough to deal with without hearing all of this negativity. If you weren't directly affected by their actions then you should keep your thoughts to yourself!

Which one the Kilchriss Girls you calling so High and Mighty? The one who recenty lost her husband to a massive heart attack? The one who lost her husband a few years ago to a very painful disease? Or the one who has been battling cancer for the last three years? The Kilchriss girls are some of the most down to earth ladies I have ever met. So why don't you just give the family a break they have enough to deal with right now. And as Mrs. Kilchriss said, "They do not do anything hurtful to any anyone who is honest. But don't think you can steal,rob or hurt us we do have a right to protect ourselves." Amen....

He was making meth, not running a red light. I HOPE that he wouldn't like or appreciate all of the things that are being said on here. Guess we can go on down to the jail to tell him in person....don't think you are going to find many people other than your mother who support your position on this. Sorry! Maybe you should tell Daddy- "No, drugs bad." Otherwise you will have to read about his dealings on this site.

So people are you saying these two men are Ms doris's children or grandchildren. You can raise them and take them to church but you cannot live their lives for them once they are grown. They make their own mistakes and must pay for them. Their is another Kilchriss woman thats wonderful to and thats karen kilchriss wright who just lost her husband this year and was a american Hero is in own right. He was at least mine vsince I was a child growing yp in Calvary Baptist Church. I always wanted to be just like him and wanted a wife like karen that supported and loved him till death. A little off the subject but there is good and bad in every family.

You're right Anonymous, my daughter, has learned from his mistakes. In fact, he has two daughters (only one I birthed)and one son who have been through hell because of all of this, but I am proud to say that both of his daughters graduated as honor students and are now attending college as honor students and WILL overcome this mess! I'm also proud to say that his only son is well on the way to graduating as an honor graduate and he too will attend college as an honor student, at least this is what I pray for every day! I know that what they did is wrong and I pray for him EVERY day...it just hurts me to see my children hurt by these inconsiderate remarks of others, even if they are well deserved.

They are old enough to understand that everyone has an opinion. I am very sure that you have made comments on other posts. Sorry the kids have to know about what their father has done but they probably knew before hand what he was doing to his life.

omg.... Really sure two of the guys should of been thinking about their kids & family and yes what they did is bad for them (notice i said for them b/c its not like they was gonna go out handed the crap out to others) and if for one min u can be honest with urself then u will find that u too are not perfect,and have made mistakes and gone down roads ur not proud of we all have done it at some point, calling them white trash and downing the family and posting all ur simple minded opions on here doesnt really do r say anything but how shallow and trashy u r now the kids dont need ur added drama to their situation or the family...

Lamar County schools have failed you again. Please brush up on the "Freedom Of Speech" part of the Constitution.

Your misguided friends were caught breaking the law and will be judged by a jury of their peers, unless they plead out. That makes their actions ripe for public comments.

No, Anonymous, not everyone has done drugs, meth, etc in their life as you stated. Some people have better sense than to destroy their bodies with such harmful substances. Your blogs suggest that you are a high school drop out and have not taken the time to learn proper grammar. Maybe you should brush up on your English grammar before returning to blog again.

This whole thing is so sad....WHY are the peeps in Barnesville so darn hatefull on everything they post...why is everyone so quick to condemn other people or turn it into a race thing. I feel for the people that screwed up....no one is perfect (and yes some people are dumb butts on drugs that are STUPID)...I REALLY feel for their families that must be suffering ESPECIALLY after reading all the gawd awful hateful posts. Whatever happened to kindness, respecting your elders, and minding your own damn business?? I do not know these people, but I feel so bad for their family's. Geez, can NO ONE ever say anything positive on these posts? I do not do the church thing...but I do remember...If you have nothing good to say...then don't say anything (in other words, keep your damn mouth shut!!!). How bout focusing on your life and what YOU need to do better instead of insulting other people? I'm from the old school where shorthand wasn't the only way to write. Alot of the people posting on here need to learn how to spell and write longhand. Save the shorthand for your text messaging. Every child should know how to spell and write correctly. Do not take handwriting off the curriculum because you may find it useful to know how to use more than one thumb.

Actually "a lot" is two words just like "a little" is. No matter; I make typos and misspellings too.
Have you ever seen someone who has been on meth for a while, like a matter of months? Their teeth rot, their skin is a mass of sores, their eyes are dead. Meth is death, and anyone who manufactures it and sells it to another person is a murderer. It's that simple.

You people have no sympathy. Before the court date you were judging when they had not even been proven guilty. Of course these men have made huge mistakes and seem as if they will never learn a lesson. They hurt their children, family, friends, and everyone who loves them, but how will they ever have the strength and motivation to change if they are always looked down upon? They need encouragement and prayers, not condemnation. We can't give up on people and lose hope if we want them to change. Prayers are needed and greatly appreciated for these men who truly do have loving hearts and great potential.

In reading all these comments I have not seen anyone mention that in this country you are NOT guilty until proven in a court of law of being guility. There is a lot of room for people to guess anything, but that does not make them gulity. One thing I did notice is the pure hatered coming from T WALKER. Really is odd how you know so much more than any one else. Is it possible that you set up the person you are angry with and in the process are causing two possibly three innocient(sp) men and their families pure hell? You or someone stated the officer smelled ammonia --Have you ever been in a barn? They usually smell like urine which in turn smells like ammonia. I really do not know anything about "cooking" this "drug" is there a fire or what? Or did you place the container in the barn then call the Law Officers yourself? The way you spill garbage on here makes me wonder, but even you are innocent until proven guilty. Also have noticed from sitting in court and being addicted to "cop" tv shows, that most people take these plea agreements not because they are guilty one way or the other but, because they are scared into it by lawyers and lazy DA's who are to busy to take people before jurys. I know on TV the excuse they use is it costs to much money and time to try them by jury. This manner of what our justice system has become puts scared or poor people in jails and prisons. I have been in the Lamar County Court Room and have seen this happen. A young black man was telling the judge he wasn't guilty but he wanted to take the plea. The Judge informed him it did not work that way that he needed to plead guilty or not guilty but if he choose not guilty and the jury found him guilty he would give him a longer tine in prison. This happened about 10 years ago and that was the day I lost faith in the justice system here in our free country. The free country that our young men have been fighting and dying for for over 200 years. May God help us all because it takes very little for you to get put in jail, something as easy as someone being mad at you, and it is so hard to get the truth out to the public. We are no longer able to tell the whole truth, try watching in court (if you can find these courts they hide off in other places besides the court house) you will see all the lawyers telling people to answer yes or no there is no longer the whole truth. AND family members of these men remember they are not guilty until proven guilty how many times have you been punished for something you did not do? I thank anyone who has taken the time to read this.
