Why do we the citizens who put the people in the positions of legal authority – the very ones who decide which cases should be brought before the grand jury – accept it when cases that should be presented are not, for whatever reasons? The one that hurts the most – and presents the worst picture of our legal system – is the Donna Marie Ogletree Johnson murder case.
We know Donna Johnson was killed in a manner that was both violent and diabolical. We know there was enough evidence to make an arrest. We also know there was – and is – sufficient evidence to present the case to the grand jury.

Murder victim Donna Johnson
Has our American society gotten so unscrupulous that we do not think we deserve justice any longer?
Is there enough evidence to convince a jury to find someone guilty beyond any reasonable doubt? Probably not.
Murder cases where most of the evidence is circumstantial are difficult to win ever, and ones where the crime occurred 25 years ago are even tougher.
While it is tragic that a brutal killer walks free, I seriously doubt there is enough to evidence to not only convict him/her, but doubt there is enough to justify the cost of a trial.
You are spineless as a jellyfish.
Something needs to be done about this case as well as the Morgan case.As long as waller and his cronies are in office there will be nothing done, plain and simple.
In fact, I'll bet it is never off a couple people's mind. The guilty one(s.)
Just as Elise said, "one day Karma will come tap, tap, tapping on the door.
An itty bitty incident or coincidence will make everything fall right into place. It will happen as soon as God gets ready for it to happen.
You can run but you can't hide.........'cause what you done is buried deep inside, isn't it.
