Hey Walter how about the important things like. Whe will work actually begin. The last time they closed the bridge for repairs it was closed for over a year if I remember correctly, not that the work took that long. Are they going to refund the Fire and Ambulance fees for those of us who live between the bridge and the Pike couty line. They should just give everything on that side of the bridge to Pike County. Lamar doesn't provide any services anyway. Several years ago they stopped repaving the road just short of the bridge never put fire hydrandts past the Piedmont Mansion.
