Judge Bill Fears denied bond for alleged killer Philip Foster at a hearing held in Butts County superior court. Foster is charged with beating a Barnesville man to death.

This is a death penalty case if I ever saw one.
Sure wish I was on the jury.
Beating a man to death with a 2x4, for $100, this is all kinds of repugnant.

If he does get sentenced to death. Will it take 15 to 20 years before they execute him?

More than likely it will take 20 years. It's a shame, isn't it? Bet he beat Mr. Milner to death in less than 15 minutes.

why would you want this man to get the death penalty. That is obsurd. Death row isnt what you ppl think it is. There are way more privileges on death row than you could imagine. At Jackson, it is called G house. Believe me that it would be more torture to give this idiot life without and stick him over in that high max or either in H-house where brian Nichols is. Complete segregation from everything and everyone except for 1 hr in a small pin when the weather permits.

give this piece of crap the same thing he gave bubba,just make it real slow and painful.
pour salt into the wounds and watch him die.
i know that sounds mean to some people, but oh well. bubba and other people who have been murdered didn't deserve the way they died.
JESUS is the only person who should have that authority, but oh, wait a minute, JESUS can't be mentioned in schools or anywhere these days.
Preachers run off with secretaries and do all this nonsense mess, no wonder our world is in a mess.

Because it may take 20 years, but at least after he dies we wouldn't have to ever worry that he might get out and murder some other innocent person.
