It's a shame that because the compost may have value we let taxpaying citizens of this county have to deal with the bad smell from Greenco for up to another 6 months. Which is more important?
OMG Julia, 6 months or years, at least theres an end in site. Start working on Piedmont Pollution Plant. Who lets these Companies that no other towns want come into Lamar County.
Well, now it is padlocked, and that's a good thing. LOL... Thomaston has some neat stuff, like Tractor Supply that's due to open soon. Griffin is a mess with the big box stores. We have a quaint and beautiful old downtown that needs to be appreciated. We have the old Ingles, next door to the newer one that should hold something... you and I like this good county for what it is, not for the polluting plants that are brought in... I will study up on the Piedmont Power Plant. We need to find some factual stuff about the allowable pollution for that one and post it for all to see.
