• Joseph Christopher Mueller, sale of marijuana: not prosecuted.
• Brenda Lee Davis, keeping a disorderly house: failed to appear, bench warrant issued.

Wow! I had better get busy sweeping my kitchen floor.
Seriously, though: A lot of "failed to appear, bench warrant issued." With all the "not prosecuted" I see in the list, it would probably have been better for them to show up. Now they are fugitives. Which I guess just goes to prove that the majority of criminals are not known for their intellect.
