A 23-year-old Barnesville man charged with the March murder of local cab company owner John Dixson is apparently unhappy with living conditions at the Lamar County jail.

I'm still absolutely amazed at what this young fellow did to a beloved member of this community.
Is there no jailhouse justice? I was under the impression that those in jail can mete out their form of justice if they deem it is warranted.

Shackle his a** in a tent out in the yard until he can behave, and then spend .35 cents to end his miserable existence. Criminals aren't afraid of the justice system any more. Show them someone hanging on the courthouse steps, or working on the chain gang instead of cable TV and recreation opportunities and then you may put the fear of God in them.
