It is amazing to me how many of these repeat offenders are no billed and arrested again within the next 3 to 6 months for the same crime. What is going on???
Why does this happen?
Do we need a fresh pool of people to be called to the grand jury?
Are the DA's not presenting enough for an indictment?
Is the paperwork not complete?
Law enforcement is out there trying to mop up the mud while getting paid a pittance, and this is what they see? The muddy slop poured right back out on the streets for them to clean up again?
its all in who you know in lamar county.its allways been that way and will allways be that way.aggravated child molestation, rape, battery, obscene internet contact with child, stolen property, Ect..
people of lamar county its YOUR own fault!!!you keep re-electing the very people that are letting this scum walk.dont bitc$% if you arn't going to do anything about it.just look at the up comming election ,whos running?the same old good'ol boys who have run lamar county and kept it in the past and you scared little people will just put them in office again and piss and moan about the crime and corruption.wake up people grow a pair!!!
Yes, I agree with #3. It has to be discouraging for law enforcement when they continue to arrest repeat offenders and the criminals continue to serve no time behind bars and are allowed back out on the streets again do do the same crime over and over again. I am sure the criminals are thinking they are above the law. After doing some research I have found that some of these criminals have been arrested in other counties. Unbelievable....
