The criminal element to be arraigned

The following cases are set for arraignment at 9 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 16 with Judge William Fears presiding:

Timmy Jerome Alford, Violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act sale of a controlled substance, VGCSA possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute;
