Accidents are common along I-75 even along the short section of the interstate that traverses northeast Lamar County.
It is uncommon, however, for horses to be injured on the interstate, particularly high dollar, thoroughbred polo ponies, but that is exactly what happened Sept. 4.
Dr. Chanda Moxon (front) attends to an injured thoroughbred. Assisting her is veterinary technician Tara Green.

Dr. Chanda Moxon is an excellent Vet. Wouldn't think of taking my cats to anyone else.
