Between Friday, March 27, and Thursday, April 2, the sheriff's office made the following arrests:
Rosetta Stafford, 35, Macon, contempt of superior court;
Amanda Jane Parks, 28, Concord, driving with suspended license, too fast for conditions, leaving the scene of an accident;
Jimmie Arnez Taylor, 18, Barnesville, violation of sex offender registration, providing false information;
Cathy Lynn Sheppard, 49, Thomaston, DUI, weaving over roadway, open container;
Lisa Michelle Earp, 32, Milner, DUI;
Bryan Keith George, 25, Locust Grove, DUI;
Carlney Cedrick Dunn, 42, Milner, speeding, open container, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana;
Johnny Dwayne Flournoy, 18, Barnesville, obstruction of an officer;
Johnny Lewis Darley Jr., 41, Doraville, child support;
Roger Cameron Shannon, 38, Barnesville, DUI;
Darling Angel Penn, 54, Barnesville, disorderly conduct;
Richard Cody Peacock, 18, Milner, battery.
Deputies answered 144 complaints. Lamar E-911 answered 77 calls, dispatching deputies to 24, Barnesville police to 13, Lamar County fire and rescue to 26, Barnesville fire department to five, and Mid-Georgia Ambulance Service to 43 medical calls. There were 17 accidents. Deputies served six state warrants and issued 46 traffic citations.
