Cab owner killing not a death penalty case

Despite allegedly hijacking a cab, robbing and stabbing its owner and then leaving his victim to die in a ravine, Jamarris Latuan (Man) Williams will not face the death penalty.

If this is not a case for the death penalty I would hate to see what actually would qualify. What a tragedy, that something so horrible can be done to such a sweet and caring person and the most that this punk is going to get is a slap on the wrist. Talk about a miscarriage of justice.
I just can not express my outrage at this, it would not be proper for a public forum. Things like this is why people continue to have no regard for human life. They do the crime and then get a slap on the wrist and get pampered at our expense.

How could this not be a death penalty case? This savage needs to be treated just as he treated Mr. John. Walter could you please follow up on this story by asking Milam to explain why the case doesn't meet the standards for the death penalty? Is it any wonder that the American people have no faith in the court system? Where is the justice for victims of violent crime?

Richard "plead them out" Milan and Ms Ellen Granum would be a great team.

Just think no guns and no death penalty...boy, the evil ones would have a field day.
