Why no patience, Larry? Maybe Barnesville.com hasn't had a chance to update their information to include the names of those arrested (it is a holiday you know; and the folks at Barnesville.com have families to share the holidays with). Maybe BRAD has decided, in his professional opinion, that it isn't time to identify those who have been arrested. I'm sure that we will find out who was caught cooking meth soon enough.

My hat's off to Sheriff White, and all authorities involved. Job well done !!!
Zero tolerance to drugs and DWI's in Lamar County. Hopefully the Legal system will follow through, and a message will be sent loud and clear. IT WON'T BE TOLERATED IN LAMAR COUNTY.

My my my you sound a little nervous there wanting those name(s)..or just a little too eager to stir up controversy... The keyword in the newspiece was "underway" meaning neither the bust nor the investigation were complete. And apparently once those were complete, the name of the suspect was forthcoming. And show the Office of the Sheriff some respect by calling him Sheriff, Sheriff Brad White or Sheriff White. He earned it and has yet to do anything to warrant being addressed the way you addressed him.

with all due respect "no thanks", this is America, you can call anybody what you want. I agree Larry doesn't show much class, but we aren't lamar county sheriff employees, so any citizen can call him whatever they want to. Coprende?
they're trying to stomp on the 2nd amendment rights, are you trying to do the same to the 1st as well ?

Nothing for Nothing,
On that particular night I probably would have had my Officer's more focused on the road looking for DWI's. Crack and Meth heads are a dime a dozen in this County, and can be nailed anytime other than Holidays where the roads are filled with drunks.

my name is Bob....and if you had a clue, they start drinking and driving at 9 or 10 am on that day. It takes staff to process these crack heads, leaving less on officer's on the road. Susan don't argue this point with me, have you walked a down the roads of Lamar County ?? Have you ?? Every kind of liquor bottle, and beer can known to man is next to the roads . The drunks aren't walking. It is by the Grace of God more people haven't been killed.
The sheriff is doing a good job and has a big job ahead of him. Lamar isn't the biggest dept., and doesn't have alot of staff. Logistics, Logistics, Logistics.

Now there you go trying to tell me what I can write.. What does "Copendre" mean? Is that Spanglish? And who is stomping on your rights and how did you get there from an article about a drug bust? Yes we do have 1st amendment rights, but can you really call people what you want? Now there are certain words which are off limits for they are deemed "hate" words. And most of us exhibit some restraint and offer up a little respect until it is no longer deserved or warranted. Oh I get your little word play now..... understand? Just so you know before you respond, I am through. But thanks for your patriotism. We need more like you.

If you all weren't so busy fussing about this matter and go punch the HOME button you would see the update on this.. Mr. Bob, I just wanna say THANK YOU for the outstanding job that you are doing along with the dept.
