"The area's serial arsonist hit five more homes overnight Sunday".5 homes in one night? this is crazy!how long before some fire fighter, policeman, deputy Ect.. gets killed or hurt because of this nutcase?
And he's still only hitting foreclosed homes? Could this be an out of work builder who's tired of seeing people buy foreclosed homes instead of building?
Everyone keep your eyes open and report anything unusual, strangers or something out of place. Seems to me there is definitely a pattern and someone familiar with the area so it is just a matter of time before they get caught.
This not only dangerous to those of us who have to respond, but it's costing the county money - it takes a lot of diesel to run a truck with 1000 gallons of water in it. If this person or these people keep up, I really hope they do not move to occupied homes. This is bad enough.
I'd like to thank the Sheriff's Department, because I know they are working hard to solve this. As some folks have said, please keep track of any people and/or vehicles you see around your area, especially near empty houses.
