News relase via sheriff Brad White:
On February 12, 2013, Lamar County and Butts County Sheriff’s Offices arrested three suspects for burglary. Butts county deputies conducted a traffic stop and located several guns, video gaming machines, and a laptop computer suspected to be stolen property.

It is great to see both counties working together for the common good! Great job to all of those who assisted with these arrests. Both Butts and Lamar Counties are off to a great start with the new Sheriffs.

I totally agree with you Ginger. It takes teamwork to get things such as this handled....after all, the quarterback cannot win the football game all by himself. It takes the whole team. We are off to a great start in both counties!!!
