Trojans bow out of state baseball playoffs
The Trojans exited the Class-AA State Baseball Playoffs in the first round on Friday with 10-0, and 11-1 losses at the expense of the powerful Region 6-AA Blessed Trinity Titans in Roswell, Ga. The Metro-Atlanta Private School was just on another level, as anybody that attended the games could attest.
"The Trojans ended a fine season with a final record of 19-7, and will return 7-starters from the 2009 team to their 2010 Roster. The Trojans had great fan support at these games, as many Lamar Co. Fans -- and, school officials -- made the trip to Roswell to support the team. The returning Trojan players will take a short break, and then get ready for Summer-Ball-Games, Tournaments, & Camps."
