A three car collision at the intersection of Thomaston and Byrd streets in Barnesville this morning left three people shaken up and the yard at the Kinney residence at 720 Thomaston in shambles.

If you hit a person that did not use a turn signal it's your fault for following too close.
I could give a little leeway if their their brake lights didn't work, but there is still a large car in front of you.
Just Pay attention and you will be ok!!!
We really need to thank all the first responders who come out each and every time there is one of these "accidents". I had an accident recently that was very minor and I thought it was overkill when they all came out for us, but since then there have been this rash of major accidents and I understand what they are preparing for every time the go out!

(b) A signal of intention to turn right or left or change lanes when required shall be given continuously for a time sufficient to alert the driver of a vehicle proceeding from the rear in the same direction or a driver of a vehicle approaching from the opposite direction.
(c) No person shall stop or suddenly decrease the speed of a vehicle without first giving an appropriate signal in the manner provided in this Code section to the driver of any vehicle immediately to the rear when there is an opportunity to give such signal.
I go by experience not what the book says.
Whatever the reason, I hope everyone comes out of this whole.
