Sheriff Larry Waller reported January 8 that he had no information on Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) placing a hold on Henry Abreu.

Larry is now on the same receiving end Joe was on for four years. It isn't fun to be second guessed by people. I feel sorry for him.

I hate to see it, but it looks like the Waller team is now in for four years of very close watching and the same kind of treatment they gave the past Sheriff.

I guess this is good. It might keep Larry on the ball this time around and prevent monkey business.

HA is a citizen of the United States. The reports about ICE involvement seem defamatory to me.

Since the Bush/Chaney regime suspended a number of our rights under the Patriot Act, citizenship does not protect anyone.

Re: Watchers. This could be a leftover remark from the previous administration that has brought to light another "untruth" from them.

Henry Abreu was in downtown Barnesville this morning. I thought he was on house arrest. Why is he out?

Henry Abreu was in barnesville recently ?...wow,pretty scary for me...I met this man as he stalked me in the Ingles parking lot in 2006(just a few weeks prior to his first arrest)...he stalked me for a couple weeks-(he had got my attention in 2006 explaining he was the Barnesville judge & stated that I didnt look familar & did I live in barnesville...he must have gotten my tag# & pulled my info.,because the very next day,he began calling my home#...he tried to promise me the world,money,trips,etc...he also explaied that he was married but not happy & the ONLY reason he was still with his wife was because she had cancer...I informed him that I was not interested & began screening my calls. Then about 3 weeks later there he was plastered ALL OVER THE NEWS...I did not go to authorities because I was afraid of his power & who would believe me...(I should have)....poor family...I feel the worse for his wife & the poor little girls he stalked...I think he thought I was much younger than I actually was......He needs Max. punishment.!.!.!.
