Mrs. Phoebe Louella Pillsbury Whitney, age 89, of Barnesville, GA, passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016 at her residence.  Mrs. Whitney was born on Wednesday, February 24, 1926 in Adams County, Wisconsin to the late James Edward Pillsbury and the late Carolina Gertrude Graff Pillsbury.  She was a homemaker and a member of Barnesville First United Methodist Church.
