Alfred (Dan) Fears Sr., father of Judge Bill Fears of the Towaliga circuit, died Tuesday.
Visitation is July 1 from 6-8 p.m. at Haisten Funeral Home in Jackson. The funeral is July 2 at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church in Jackson. Judge Fears may be reached by mail at P.O.B. 531, Jackson, 30233.

Judge Fears was a great man and a fantastic Judge. He will be sorely missed.
