This is because Democrats and Republicans alike are working against the will of the people. They are able to do this by using buzz words or catch phrases that pick us against each other, and make us vote for bad choices. Saxby Chambliss for example will do NOTHING about illegal aliens.
They have all worked hard against our survival for 40 years or more. This isn't something that just started with the stimulus by the Democrats, it started with the no control stimulus spending of Bush and long before that.
The question is what are we going to do? Switching back to Republican's won't work any better.
what do you expect from a nation that elected barack obama (spit on the ground)as president and al frankin (spit again) to the senate?this country is a country of celebrity worshipers.the whole world is crying their eyes out for a pedofile drug addict.you people arn't going to do a dam#$ thing but sit right there and let obammy and him clowns do what ever they want
I emailed Billy Maddox a while ago, and he never replied. It's not only the federal politicians who have not responded to constituents.
Still, I think we need to keep in mind that we get the elected officials we vote for. Many people do not even vote, yet they protest loudly when their representatives will not listen.
Instead of sending a tea bag, why not send a note explaining your position on issues? Symbolism is fine, but I think substance is more important at this juncture. The video will not change anything, and the fate of the country is not an entertainment event.
I agree Saxby Chambliss will not do anything to help
this country out of the mess it is in. We need to remember
that on the next election. Isakson and Westmoreland said they would vote against Cap & Trade and Socialized Medicine.
Not EVERYONE gets the president that They voted for. obama had more nuts...I meant ACORNS...on his side. He is somewhere whining right now because Michael Jackson is getting more attention than him. But he can't BEAT IT....he ain't BAD enough...he just ain't the THRILLER that he was at election. Just face it, when it comes down to BLACK & WHITE, obama ain't enough of either one. Michael was buried without his brain and I would vote for him, even now, against obama.
Ms. Tolley perhaps unintentionally makes my point. Instead of unproductive ad hominem attacks, why not argue the issues? If the country really is in jeopardy, now is the time for real solutions, not tea bags.
I find it astonishing that so many have this illusion that this country is the land of the free and the home of the brave. They buy into the fables of yesteryears of the how this county came about and how it was when Grandpa was a live. In reality we as a collective people have never receive any inalienable right where as, someone, somewhere did not, as a result, gain or maintain some type of economic advantage. We, the common folk are only as free as the ruling class says we are and that is determined by what allow things to remain as status quo.
The home of the brave? For the common man, war is not about political ideology but about survival. It’s about killing the other guy before he kills you or a personal sacrifice made for the love of the band of brothers that are caught in this same meat grinding hell hole. Peer pressure is also a major motivator. During “The War Between the States” a whole company or even regiment was made up of family, friends, and home town folks, where as, one became too ashamed to run during the carnage of battle.
The problems I see today are the same as yesterday, although in a much larger scale. Multi-national conglomeration are holding governments economically hostage. We are presently witnessing the greatest heist in human history. A trillion dollars in cooperate welfare? How could this happen unless given no choice? Sending teas bags to Washington is a comical. Instead we should some how force the break up of financial institutions where their political and monetary leverage can trump the rights of the common man.

Sheila made your point and missed it both.
