I heard this unfolding on my scanner. The dispatcher said they were receiving multiple calls. It wasn't just a few minutes later the dispatcher reported the collision.

As is all too common with things like this, the wrong way driver had a Facebook page full of memes about how fun drinking can be, including one meme that said drunks cannot trust sober people.
