Those of us here at your newspaper have done yeoman’s work in recent weeks launching redesigned websites.

I had no idea going in just how complicated it would be.

I like the format on your site. From Barnesville to Romania and Germany and then back to Barnesville. We're truly an international city and the Herald-Gazette is an international publication.

Over the years, while Walter has been soaking up my knowledge about computers, I have been soaking up his and Laura's knowledge of the newspaper business. It is with this knowledge, as well as knowledge from The Herald staff and other newspaper clients, that Don Chambers (in Chicago) and I have been able to design a site that we hope you will enjoy for many years to come.
As time goes by we will be adding new features to keep your site on the leading edge. If you have any suggestions on how we can improve this site for you, please let us know.
