The man charged with the December 13 shooting death of Jessey Gadzetti appeared before chief magistrate Judge Karen Jackson Thursday afternoon and was denied bond. The murder charge originally lodged against him has been reduced to involvuntary manslaughter. He also faces three other felonies.
